Dr. Takahiro Yamazaki is a Project Lecturer at the Organization for Interdisciplinary Research Project, The University of Tokyo. His academic interests include urban planning, landscape planning and landscape ecology. Dr. Yamazaki's professional career includes JSPS Research Fellowship for Young Scientists at Hokkaido University (2015 to 2017), JSPS Research Fellowship for Young Scientists at The University of Tokyo (2017 to 2019), Visiting Researcher at Politecnico di Torino, Italy (2018), Project assistant professor at The University of Tokyo (2019 to 2021) and Assistant Professor at Kobe Design University (2021 to 2023). His career as a technical advisor includes editorial board of Architectural Institute of Japan and selection committee for Kobe community-proposed activities.
