I highly recommend Coursera, as a non engineer it simplified the learning.

Very good overview of the topic - clear explanations without using jargon.

Very good for beginners to get an overview of AI and plan the next steps.

Andrew is all time favorite instructor and explained everything in detail

It is slow at times, however, it gives a good bird-eye-view of AI and ML.
