Really good as an introductory guide to general human nutrition. Gives great insights on cooking, planning meals and health diet habits. It's a rather short course with actually impactful information.

Brilliant course. Some of the recipees (Eg: Idli) are highly americanized versions of the originals - so a small resource showing the dish in its originality would be approprirate.

Great way to understand some basics! The only thing to have in mind is that it's US based info, so you will have to research more about your culture and your society. But it's good.
