It is a fantastic course given by lecture Maya Adam. I really enjoyed the course which contains Food and health theory and practices, beautiful videos, animations and cooking recipes. Fully recommended.

This is a basic overview on how to eat well and balanced in order to remain healthily. I loved the recipes at the end and Maya is a lovely MD to listen to as she creates a fun and practical environment.

Excellent course on Food. Even though there is a lot of fundamental information in the course I already knew, it helps me to have different perspective of how we define food and choose our meal wisely.

I loved this course since it was interactive. I only needed to dedicated half an hour and I learned a lot in that short amount. I liked that they included some history of the consumerism of fast foods.

Es un curso muy interesante, aprendes demasiado, y si no tienes nada de idea de como alimentarte esta es una buena opción para aprender a comer mas sano sin tener que dejar de comer lo que nos gusta.
