The half of the course is intro what are you going to learn, information about what you have just learned and some encouragement words. There is astonishingly little real knowledge and it is very superficial. I hope it was so just because it was first course in a series.

There is some glitch in the face recognition. I have tried countless times to get my face identity verified following the mentioned instructions, but it didn't work out anyway, which was quite annoying. Kindly resolve the issue to get things sorted out.

The first course focuses too much on theory and repetition, which may be overwhelming for beginners that are just starting. It may not be necessary to dive into extensive information about cybersecurity models, domains, and frameworks at that stage.

This course is for absolute beginners. You have been only introduced to basic terminology of cybersecurity, skip this course if you have basic understanding of what is a computer and how it works.

The exam is ultimately well put together. However, you are penalized negatively when you pick too many answers for the " pick all that apply". Why not "select 2" if that is what the question wants?

Out of place units, completing a module removes the certificate from my course learning tab and I have to do extra navigating just to find the certificate again.

For someone outside of tech, it is probably a five star introduction. For people who are already in tech not so much.

These instructors are like Netflix actors, all script, zero emotion and no engagement. Forget that!
