The information was ideal, and for me a new topic to learn. I have new mindset about the real Luxury. Sometimes the pronunciations for the words was not accurate

the course offers a range of valuable insights. towards the end it becomes repetitive and the quizzes are too easy, but generally it's a good course.

It's a general course which can help your mindset in Hospitality changed

Content is a bit redundant at times and unfortunately the course´s tutor English is very poor, this distracts learners as 70% of words are mispronounced or with an awkward accentuation. Courses require more level of language not just a teleprompter read as its not engaging.

Very repetitive topics all over the different modules. The key points of the entire course could be summarized in 2-3 slides. I didn’t learn much.

The instructor was presentable, but very difficult to understand due to her heavy accent.

I appreciate the effort and expertise of the instructor, but I found it difficult to fully grasp the course material due to challenges in understanding their spoken English. Given that this is an online course, where clear verbal communication is essential, I would suggest ensuring that instructors speak in a way that is easily comprehensible to a broad audience. This would help improve the learning experience for all students.

Audio was also poor at certain points, impacting the learning process. Content material are interesting but could be developed further, to be adequate of the Intermediate level of the course.

I feel the whole course could be more of case studies. There was a constant focus on story telling but was hardly adopted in the course itself.

Class is quite repetitive and the questions after each session are not always related to the subjects just taught.
