They ask for an IBM Cloud Account and it was impossible for me to get it, the code they give you doesn't work, tried with 2 email addresses and tried with 2 different credit cards and nothing works, you only get a generic error message that says nothing. I've learnt 2 things: don't do this course or any course by IBM and don't use IBM Cloud in the future.

The course is too wordy for non-native person , and it's unnecessary to use that kind of literature , It's hard enough to grasp the concept then I had to check the dictionary every 1 minute !
and grading system for the last assignment is just not right ! not everyone is honest about their doing and they just push 0 points for completely correct answer !

None of this added with coursera plus resulted in a job. Waste of my time and money. Have the background. 3 yeara Experience with gap. And skill set. This entire site didn't set anybody up for career prospects. Going to continue reviewing the rest of the courses in a similar manner until I receive recompense or justice.

Title: An In-Depth Analysis of Cloud Computing: Revolutionizing the Digital Landscape
Introduction:
Cloud computing has emerged as a groundbreaking technology that has revolutionized the way businesses and individuals store, manage, and access data. This review aims to provide a comprehensive overview of cloud computing, exploring its key concepts, benefits, challenges, and future prospects.
Key Concepts:
Cloud computing refers to the delivery of computing services, including storage, servers, databases, networking, software, and analytics, over the internet. It allows users to access and utilize these resources on-demand, without the need for physical infrastructure or hardware. The cloud is made up of multiple interconnected servers located in data centers worldwide, ensuring high availability and scalability.
Benefits of Cloud Computing:
1. Cost Efficiency: Cloud computing eliminates the need for upfront investments in hardware and software, reducing capital expenditure. Users pay for resources on a pay-as-you-go basis, allowing for scalability and cost optimization.
2. Flexibility and Scalability: Cloud services can be easily scaled up or down, depending on the changing needs of businesses. This flexibility enables organizations to adapt quickly to market demands and handle peak workloads efficiently.
3. Accessibility and Mobility: Cloud-based applications and data can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection, enabling remote work and collaboration. This accessibility enhances productivity and streamlines business operations.
4. Data Security and Backup: Cloud service providers offer robust security measures, including data encryption, firewall protection, and regular backups. This ensures data integrity and protects against potential threats and disasters.
5. Innovation and Collaboration: Cloud platforms provide a conducive environment for innovation, allowing developers to leverage cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and big data analytics. Collaboration among teams is also enhanced through shared access to resources and real-time data.
Challenges of Cloud Computing:
1. Security and Privacy Concerns: Storing data in the cloud raises concerns about data breaches, unauthorized access, and data sovereignty. Organizations must carefully choose reputable cloud service providers and implement proper security protocols.
2. Dependence on Internet Connectivity: Cloud computing heavily relies on stable and high-speed internet connectivity. Downtime or disruptions in internet services can hinder access to cloud resources and impact business operations.
3. Vendor Lock-In: Migrating from one cloud service provider to another can be challenging due to differences in infrastructure, APIs, and data formats. Organizations need to carefully consider vendor lock-in risks and ensure portability of their applications and data.
Future Prospects:
Cloud computing is expected to continue its rapid growth and evolution, with several emerging trends shaping its future. These include:
1. Hybrid Cloud: Combining public and private clouds to leverage the benefits of both and achieve a balance between security and scalability.

I recently completed the Introduction to Cloud Computing course on Coursera, provided by IBM. The course provided a thorough overview of cloud computing, its deployment models, and various cloud services. The content was well-structured, easy to understand, and offered hands-on exercises that helped me apply what I learned in real-world scenarios. I particularly appreciated the detailed explanations of key cloud concepts like virtualization, storage options, and the different cloud models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). The course also helped me build a solid foundation for exploring more advanced cloud topics. I highly recommend this course to anyone new to cloud computing or looking to expand their knowledge of cloud technologies.

Superb course. I was super excited for it at first, then got a little discouraged by the quality of some videos (voiceover not following the video, inconsistent volume), then got excited again. All in all, it's a fantastically structured course. I can't believe that you can finish a course over the weekend and really get an understanding of the fundamental concepts of cloud computing.
And the course isn't just about cloud computing! I see it as more of an introduction to digital transformation of modern businesses. After initial doubts and hesitation about my choice of IBM's professional certificate, I'm actually really, really happy now that I finished the first course in the series.

The course content is excellent. One area that HAS to be improved right away is to have better oversight of the peer-grading process by the moderators. Relying on only peer-feedback to pass or fail undermines the otherwise excellent quality of the course. An incorrect peer grade of fail on the final assignment creates unnecessary repeated work for students. Issuing of a passing certificate via the gate of a peer-feedback on the final assignment, as well, has to be better controlled, so as to not dilute the value of the educational certificate. At the same time the moderators were quick in responding to my concern of an incorrect peer-feedback.

Great course and great learning content. I do wish that the assignment would be updated to meet the cirriculum of the IBM cloud storage website and account creation. There were some unexpected problems I ran into such as false flag spam emails (which were my personal emails no less) and also the issue of linking the exact assignment tasks. Otherwise the learning content that this course provided was very well done. I learned a lot about cloud storage and how it is working in professional environments. Cybersecurity is something I wanted to understand at a greater level and this is the introductory course to start mastering this field.

I have understand the cloud computing for each and every lecture videos. I answer a question about cloud computing by using my own knowledge and information, as well as the web search results that I can access through my predefined internal tools. I try to provide accurate, relevant, and clear information that matches the user’s query. I also use markdown elements to format my response and make it more readable. I do not reveal the names or details of my internal tools, as they are only for my use. I hope this helps you understand how I work.

The course was very informative and engaging. I learned a lot, though some topics were a bit confusing at times. A main flowchart or visual roadmap from start to finish would really help clarify how concepts are connected—especially with topics like IaaS, PaaS, and cloud models. I also suggest adding real-life examples, images, or short videos to make technical concepts like VMs easier to understand. Overall, the course was well-structured and thoughtfully organized. It was a great learning experience—kudos to the entire team!

I learned A LOT!! I have a pretty busy schedule as it is so the fact that I could dedicate the weekend to studying is amazing - basically do as you can. I LOVED the transcript that you get with each lesson video - I like to read it, then watch it just to make sure I am fully understanding everything and not missing something. Thank you! I really enjoyed this :) **One thing that would be super helpful is at the end where you are creating a bucket - it would be lovely to see a video of it done - more so for visual learners!

I have just started this course but I think its great so far. It is self paced and it enables me to go as fast or as slow as i need to. I can also go back as many times as i need too to review something that i dont understand or are having a hard time with. My work schedule is all over the place and being able to learn around my work hours is just what i was looking for in a course. The best part is the price. I dont have to take any loans out or sell my first born child to pay for it because it is very affordable!

I am totally new to the IT field, so initially I was really nervous. However, the instruction has been great and keep things very simple and in increments, therefore the information was really easy to digest. In addition, the resource that come with the course is really a great tool. The ability to save notes directly from a video and written presentation is a great tool. This gave learner the flexibility to move through the material and picking and saving pertinent notes without compromising time.

- As a beginner it's sometimes hard to follow. My tip is to read the text and mark the important segments.
- In just 4 days going through this course, I've learned alot about cloud computing.
- You have to believe in yourself and that you are capable. sometimes u might be going through this course and think that you have no clue what they're talking about. But when you do the graded quizes, you will gain confidence in your learning path and truly see that you know the fundamentals and use cases!

It was such a great course that I couldn't stop myself from going through it. I hope in the future IBM provides more of courses this high quality. Thank you IBM and Coursera for giving me this opportunity, and for the financial aid. I want also to add that in order to make the assignment you have to get a credit card but actually, in my county, we don't have this technology yet. So I think if they make a VM to run the IBM cloud services and pass assignments will be better.

This was a very easy to follow, step-by-step course.
I personally, I feel like I received the most benefit to the parts of the course where an instructor was speaking while writing on the board. Occasionally the voice over with the images were either a bit too fast or the images did not really add benefit to the voice over which caused a need to rewatch a few of the videos.
Other than that this was an excellent and very thorough course for beginners. Excellent. Thank you!

Great Course, I enjoyed it very much. I gain a good understanding of Cloud computing. The information in this course was presented in a manner that was easy to digest, unlike other courses where I exoerience confustion and ambiguity in the presentation of the information. The time allocated to a topic was appropriate for my attention span. The bit size infomation allowed me to chunk the information easily to buld a broad fundation knowledge of Cloud Computing.

Such a fascinating course, very well planned and scheduled , the amazing thing is you get to make an account in IBM cloud and actually get to share your material with anyone with your own access settings, this honestly gives you such a huge boost and confidence. Just a suggestion it would be best if some other voice is used instead of the current one and also please include more examples during the actual learning materials as it helps a lot

I worked for a major cloud computing company for several years and I feel that the overall knowledge of our employees about cloud computing would have been much better had all employees been required to complete this course. It is the course I wish I had taken when I staretd working there. I knew a lot of these terms but the course made them all fit together extremely well. Highly recommended for all aspiring cloud computing experts!

Great introductory course to learn about cloud computing and IBM Cloud. This course covers a lot of aspects of cloud computing, Cloud providers, cloud services, and more.
It is an introductory course so some things are explained at a high level and not necessarily in a detailed manner. Overall, if you want to get a quick understanding on cloud computing and the services of Cloud providers, this a good option.
