Lots of great information. Very Contructive for DNP students who have to complete a QI project. The quality in the delivery of lectures was not consistent.

Some interesting principles I had not yet seen along with some of the classics. However I think that more information could have been put together for this first course. On it's own it is a little simple.

it is written free trial, I've completed this courses, finish all 4 quizzes secure 82+ % but now they ask for money for certificate issuance. very bad
