While the first two courses in the series were somewhat unorganized but still manageable, this course was by far the most frustrating and disappointing. One of the biggest issues was the lack of feedback on quizzes. You are either exactly right or completely wrong, with no explanation provided. This made it incredibly difficult to learn from mistakes and understand the correct approach. The spreadsheet presentations and assignments were not engaging enough to help absorb the material, especially when it came to formulas, which were poorly explained and often overcomplicated. There were noticeable spelling and grammar errors throughout the course, and the pop-up questions during videos felt random and out of sync with the content. Some of the assignment questions, especially those involving rounding or formula use, felt needlessly confusing and seemed to test precision over understanding. To make matters worse, several links to external articles were expired, which further limited learning opportunities. Overall, this course needs a thorough review and quality assurance check. The material feels outdated, disorganized, and unnecessarily difficult.

Malgré le fait que j'ai vérifié attentivement mes réponses et que je suis convaincu qu'elles sont correctes, le quiz ne semble pas fonctionner correctement. Après avoir soumis mes réponses, je reçois un message d'erreur ou une notification indiquant que mes réponses sont incorrectes, même si je suis certain de leur exactitude.

J'ai essayé plusieurs fois de passer le quiz et de vérifier mes réponses, mais le problème persiste.

e tiens à souligner que j'apprécie énormément ce cours et je souhaite continuer à progresser, mais ce problème avec le quiz de la semaine 2 entrave ma progression. J'aimerais donc demander votre aide pour résoudre cette situation et me permettre de terminer le quiz correctement.

This course leaves a lot to be desired, i was epecting for more practical, real life cases rather than numbers and formulas.

We have to understand that each organization has a different method for demand forecast, many companies have this process automatized just like tha former company i used to work for.

Technical problems, waiting for fellow coursers to get a review on your project! And they make you pay the other term because not enough projects to review or not enough coursers to review your project! Go purchase a book instead of doing this course!

Coursework for calculations is awful - took 9 tries to get the right calculations and rounding. This should be fixed - it's been raised as an issue in the forums for over 5 years. Get with it Coursea.

I want to cancel the financial support I subscribed to because it required payment of an amount upon examination and I cannot afford the cost, and I subscribed to it on the basis that it was free.

No matter how many times I solve questions 6 to 10, the answers are always marked as wrong. Can I know why? It’s not just in one quiz, but in several — the answers are always marked incorrect.

Error in Quiz answer keys causes all sorts of problems in continuing the course. Does not make for a good learning experience.

This course is too simple, short, unuseful, and naive. O unenroll because it downgrades my other certificates.
