    About the Course

This course talks about software development lifecycles a description/prescription for how we write software. Design is a step in this life cycle,
and the course explores the implications of this. Design has a role in the life cycle; it is always there, regardless of the kind of life cycle we’re
talking about. Why is that? Why was design considered as a step in this life cycle?

The course was well organized and the presentations flowed coherently. I would recommend this course to anyone interested in gaining a beginners insight into the software development lifecycle.

Fue buena experiencia el conocer los métodos usados antes y compararlos con los actuales, los conocimientos de seguridad necesarios y como todo está ligado a esto.

Course content is great and well-structured, lectures are great, a very rare find... you had the fundamentals of something really good going here. CopyPaste one or two (often dead) link(s) as reading content for the course modules, however, and the quizzes... has anyone taken even a second look at the quizzes? One of them contained the next module's questions, there are many grammar mistakes, some answers are comedic, and I'll stop there. This could've been great. I'm very disappointed.

the videos weren't that much informative and the ideas discussed seemed to be irrelevant with each other, hopefully the next course in the specialization will be informative enough to me

Many quizes had questions covering material from later weeks. Security was barely mentioned until the end of the course.

Once I completed the course the certificate states "This specialization is for those with limited workplace experience...". I do have years of experience and ashamed to show such a certificate to a prospect employer. This is very discriminating and inappropriate to write this on the certificate, especially that this phrase did not appear in the description of the course or anywhere else. I am still glad that it was not written "This specialization is for those with limited brain function...", so I am happy to give this 1 star rating.
