Great course, I really enjoyed it.

Having already had previous experiences with most of these topics, it was nice to have both a refresher and be able to finish in only a day and a half. Looking forward to the rest of it.

Fantastic course. I highly recommend this course to everyone! The IT Technical Support Fundamentals course is very well done. It has left me so hungry for more and so excited for the next four lessons and a career in IT!

I enjoyed the videos and how they were staggered. I think sometimes taking on so much information at once gain be daunting. By breaking the format down, the time I spent on each video seemed to just fly on by. Thank you.

This course is very useful and the pacing is wonderful for all skill levels. I am very satisfied with my results. This is only the beginning as I will be taking other classes to learn and more skills and build my resume.

I enjoyed the learning the basics of computers. It was informative and a great way to learn. I am more confident about doing things on my own with my laptop and know I can and will do great going forward with my courses.

This was a great course. I learned many new things. There was some kinks with labs, which was frustrating, but I was able to work out the kinks ok. Otherwise, I enjoyed the course and look forward to the next courses.

I like practically everything about the course. Information is giving in 2 min to 10 min videos which make things easier to digest. Before you know you took notes in an hour and you feel confident to answer the quizzes.

I think the hands on tools used here were the most useful for someone who is not initially tech savy like myself. I highly recommend getting as much practice as possible, to get comfortable with the programs being used.
