I went at my pace and was able to go back to review things I may have forgotten or were confused about. The way Coursera structures the courses are great for a full-time worker and family man.

I enjoyed this course thoroughly. The lectures were not confusing and the information needed was there. I would recommend to anyone interested in getting into the IT field to take this course.

The course was quite comprehensive and covered a lot of foundational IT skills with excellent instructors and good test questions. The labs and supplemental readings were on point. Keep it up.

This was a great course that not only explains the basic components of a computer. It also incorporates the necessities for great customer service. The two concepts really do go hand in hand.

This is one of the best courses I have studied online. The videos were very clear and the instructors were the best. I learnt new things and I understood things I knew before like I never did.

Good base coverage of the fundamentals and excellent labs for graded assignments. Discussion interaction was not all that helpful, but the prompts helped reflect on some of the topics covered.

A really great and helpful course, I encourage everyone to dive in, it doesn't matter if you have an IT background or not, this course really target everyone who want to start their IT career.

Very basic and easy to get anyone started, I found myself flying through it and still obtaining knowledge. I suspect the individual courses ahead will be much more oriented on certain aspects.

While very much basic and entry-level, it was nice to touch up on the foundational aspects of IT. I'd recommend this to anyone brand new to IT or if they've been around it for a few years now.

This course so far has been awesome. The way the material is taught and laid out is great. They don't make the videos too long so the information is able to be learned easier that way, I feel.

already work as a Site IT Analyst, however this is a good beginner point as am going through it for the cert and have enjoyed and recommended this to friends / nephew for if they wanna try IT

This is a well-tailored course covering all the needed basics for IT Support starters and it's also a very good refresher course to those already in the IT industry. It is a very good course.

This course was amazing!!! It perfectly outlines and explains all the basic concepts that one needs to pick up a I.T support role, touching hardware, software, operating system, and the User.

it was very intrresting to learn this in highschool but it was very fun to learn a bit of new things and it was nice to do some challenging things but overall i think everyone should do this.
