Basic introduction to what IT support is? All instructors were very specific and guidelines were given in a very simple language, easy to understand and implement.

Very well inline with Google's ideology of "simplicity." Technical topics were well broken down to make them more understandable to anyone curious about learning

I would recommend this program/course to others. I really liked how they taught the basic of computer such as the binary codes, linux programing, and so much more.

It's a great way for people to get an intro not only to IT but to Coursera itself. The information is laid out in a very digestible format and easy to get through.
