Very good course to take if you know nothing about IT. The information is given at a good pace and the simulations really help you apply what you learn.

Enjoyed learning the technical support fundamentals with Google. I realized I know a little bit of information but was impressed with everything taught.

A lot of this stuff I already knew, but I still learned many things. This is incredible that Google is doing something like this. It's helping millions.

Really good starter IT course, great review if you are trying to recall some of the foundational stuff for those who might not deal with the day to day.

It was a great start for people wanting to go to I.T. world. Very simple, great information, and perfect for people who doesn't have much time to study!

Very difficult content of the module, but the teacher explained the issues clearly. Tests were also helpful in understanding and mastering the material.

I will say the this coursee was very informative, now i have a lot of note to refer to especial when starting school in August to pursue a career in I.T
