I'm rating this course 5 stars because it taught me some of the basic skills needed to excel as an IT Help Desk Technician. I look forward to taking the rest of the courses needed to complete this certificate!

This course was great. I learned a lot and enjoyed the course. I would like to add that I wish there was more to it. I was really looking forward to learning more about setting up and troubleshooting networks.

I love how it is all broken down piece by piece when they explain all that you are learning and the interaction with qwiklabs was an eye opener and was very well put together especially for a beginner like me.

The course was wonderful, the teaching was impeccable, dynamic video lessons, content well explained, in a way that the student

as well as the structure that provides a true classroom even though it is online.

The course was very good and it was inspiring to learn from people who work within the IT industry. I am going to continue to the next course in this collection of courses of the Google IT Support Certificate.

Great but I recommend you guys infuse live chat, or contact person on each course in case someone is stocked somewhere and needed help, just like I was frustrated at some point.

This course got me on the path to thinking technically. I have been in the tech field for several years. However, I realize it was pretty much of a superficial nature. This course was lights on technically.

This course gave really good foundational information which can be built upon either on your own or through the other courses in this program. I would recommend this for any absolute beginner in the IT field.

Walks you through, step by step. Accessible oftentimes from your mobile device, therefore you can complete a course in your spare time, while waiting in a line or waiting room, instead of playing mobile games.

I do not have an IT background but the course is very informative and interesting at the same time. The instructors delivered the content very easy. I’m looking forward on gaining new skills in next course m.

I enjoyed this online course because they had multiple presenters, gave us real-world scenarios, the speakers talked about their own personal experiences, and we (as the students) could learn at our own pace.
