This course is the first of a series that aims to prepare you for a role as an entry-level IT Support Specialist. In this course, you’ll be introduced to the world of Information Technology, or IT. You’ll learn about the different facets of Information Technology, like computer hardware, the Internet, computer software, troubleshooting, and customer service. Very enjoyable forums, videos, and interaction as a whole. I have taken similar classes in the past but the way that this course works makes it so much easier for me to be interested and stay focused.

Course 1 was very helpful in laying out the foundation of the program and the fundamentals of IT. I suggest adding more visuals into lessons. Each of the presenters have done a wonderful job.

Great learning tool. Had good, informative videos and challenging quizzes. Had some trouble with two Qwicklab labs, but after a few days they fixed the issue and I was able to finish my course.

Testing my patience and problem solving! I completed the labs, but only one is registering, took 4-5 tries to figure out how to get the windows to launch and complete. I love the course though.

To be honest, it's a really amazing course. I learned many skills such as troubleshooting, custormer service, detail infromation of computer parts and how to set up a computer from scrach etc.
