I learnt so much from this course, and I love all the instructors especially Cindy Quach. I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to take up a career in IT.

I have learned a lot about the IT field even though it is basic from binary and to using the os linux. I'm very interested in the field and the options that it brings.

excellent course but the hands-on labs are buggies and even if I did it correctly still failed or got 50% and had to do it several times before it recorded accurately.

Great introduction. Got me started on my new path to a career in IT. Once I obtain this Certification I'm applying to DePaul to enroll in the online IT degree program.

Great introductory course. A little bit slow paced, but I imagine that is intentional as to ease people that are mostly unfamiliar with these concepts into the course.

This course was a great introduction to IT fundamentals. It was straightforward with prompts to revisit material and helpful resources to add to the video instruction.

I loved this program, it was innovative, and driven. I especially like that it makes you think and then use what you have learned in quizzes and hands-on simulations.

The people teaching these courses are good at what they do and helpful. They are clear when they speak which is verey important as this is not a face to face class.
