This course was great, and I think it does very well at introducing the basics to those people that might not have much experience with how technology functions.

Informative and great step by step instructions. Test and course work were very engaging and instructors help explain every section that was easy to understand.

Great beginner level course, I even believe experience IT professionals can learn something from this. I really enjoyed getting a hands on experience with Linux.

The Tech Support Fundamentals was very informative, I look forward to finishing the certificate. The app can be buggy, but using the laptop has worked perfectly.

reat course for anyone that has zero or minimal experience. I'm not completely new to a lot of this material but I definitely learned some important information.

I am loving this so far. I like being able to stop the videos and make sure my notes are correct with the script written under the videos. Hope you don't change.
