I think is a great introductory course touching several subjects, both technical and more general & relevant subjects like customer service, problem solving.

Amazing! Gives you a great base understanding of what the IT support area has to offer. From the history of computers, to best practices of customer service.

Good explanations of basic fundamentals that we easy to follow. It both reinforced what I already knew and schooled me on things I thought I knew but didn't.

I felt that this course was presented in a easy to learn manor at a good pace to keep it moving and I was able to stop and take additional notes as I needed.
