Seems like a google level course. However, I wish it was updated atleast every few years. Would go 4.7 if I could.

This is my first time taking this course and it gives you lots of information about tech and i'm happy i took it .

The course from my point of view was simple, but very concise, a good point to start other more difficult courses.

I like the course and I think it's a good precursor to the big picture ahead of us all budding IT support techies.

Very interesting, in fact it has really changed my perception of IT to been optimistic in making impacts on users.

A very good refresher content, also I learned a lot of new things as I have left my IT knowledge a few years ago.
