Awesome course. Many people suffer from depression and this course is great to understand and shift your state of mind. Can't solve a problem if you don't truly understand what's causing the problem.

It was so interesting to learn what things actually contribute to our overall well-being in addition to all the things we think will contribute. but actually do not. Wonderful course, and excellent instructor. Very helpful!

Life changing, well worth it!!! Such good information excellent class. I would say this should be a required class but I think it will only work for individuals that are interested. Everyone should want to take this class :)
