Dr. Gresbrink specializes in updating, standardizing, and scaling documentation to support product development and innovation, with expertise in large-scale content management systems and structured authoring using markup languages such as DITA. Their teaching and professional work focus on practical, industry-relevant communication skills, including technical writing, documentation strategy, content development, and clear communication in complex or high-stakes environments. Dr. Gresbrink holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Rhetoric, Scientific, and Technical Communication from the University of Minnesota and a B.A. in Print Journalism from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire.
