Just a quick note to say I thought this course on prompt engineering for workplace communication was really enjoyable and relevant! The step-by-step explanation of the prompt design process using the rhetorical framework was fun to learn, and I feel more equipped to engage with AI, improving my questions and solidifying my professional identity as well! The exercises and examples really helped to connect practice to theory for me in using AI for workplace communication now. I thought the modular set-up was really straightforward and I especially liked the recursive prompt design! Overall, it was a really valuable learning experience, and I would happily share it with others!

While this is a beginner course, it does a great job of giving you a framework that is a useful template every to use the AI assistant as a tool to enhance your writing.
