I felt the lectures and lessons to be a little too brief, the labs are a tad bit outdated now that Cisco has changed some of their web UI, and the questions on the exams to sometimes be a little too broad. Though you get access to hands on with cisco IOS which is useful.

This course is more of a commercial for Cisco than it is a lesson on networking. It regularly mentioned network specifics, like BGP and EIGRP, without providing any information on what they actually mean. In one of the labs, the lab guide doesn't give enough information on how to actually perform the steps (particularly on the lab which talks about using TELNET!) and requires you to figure out your own way to do it, or watch the walkthrough video to see it done a completely different way from the guide. Finally, in a couple of the quizzes and tests there are multiple choices that are equivalently good, but you have to guess at which one the instructor wants you to use.
