The course was set up very well but, I would have just preferred to have some sort of workbook that allowed us practice with every aspect of documentation. Repetition makes me better.

Thank you.

For a beginner, I think it lacks a lot of explaination of the concepts and how to use them. But it touches on everything. Just had to go to youtube for a more throughough explaination.

Way too much "fluff" ("Bianca" videos) and not enough PRACTICAL instruction. Also, insufficient explanation as to WHY the sole incorrect answer on my final exam was in fact incorrect

it should have had more exercises during the course, especially in the end, more deep comprehensive tests that give you a more detailed looks about real world scenarios

Cartoon is annoying. More case practice would be more helpful, especially with the time that passes from week one to final exam. Would rather have a professional teach.

It teaches you terminology and definitions, but the interactive portions are lacking. If you get something wrong there is no explanation to how or why, just wrong.

This course is great for a beginner, but I feel like it needs to go in depth more and add more preactice on the modules and explain how someone got the answer.

She should have explained things more elementary as its a fountation course. Things were not very clear and had to supplement with YouTube videos' on topics.

Great for learning the terms and language but lacked quite a bit in actual implementation of the bookkeeping process. A little disapointed in that aspect.

The ending test is very confusing. Excel spreadsheets are not really delved into. And a refresher before the case study would be helpful.

I found that some of the material was not as clear as I needed it to be and therefore caused me trouble when trying to place information.

some of the videos were not very clear, and the sound system was not good for some videos especially the ones sent by the professionals

A lot of information about QuickBooks was great but then you have to hand do a ledger to take the final test. That was frustrating.

You need supplemental 3rd Party research, training, and videos to compensate for the course expecting you to understand so quickly.

Paid for the certificate program and didn't know it was a subscription. Need to be more clear on what students can expect.

I would have rather watched real life situation people instead of the cartoon characters, but info was well explained.

I didn't like the instructor; she was my obstacle to complete the course in time. I suggest changing. Nice content.

There could be a better flow. Also a syllabus that remains on the side would be helpful for progress tracking
