this course is great for anyone who works in a workplace with much differences between it's employees even if you have no manegereal roles you will know how to treat others

It was challenging but doable. The course reinforced much of what I had learned in prior trainings. However, I am delighted to obtain a certificate from an accredited institution.

Compared to other courses I have taken on coursera, this course in particular is very poorly written and organized. Peer graded assignments have instructions that are so poorly written that I must reread up to 5 times just to get an idea of what they are expecting from the student. Quizzes often include questions that aren't directly related to the content or readings, and are very oddly worded in both the questions and answers. The content is interesting but I've been unable to fully immerse myself in the course due to the quality of its assignments and quizzes.
