Th lecturer could be a little more engaging and the materials used during classes, if made available would help following it better, by replicating the examples being shown.

I'm very disapoited with this Command Line Tools for Genomic Data Science course as it has not been update. Therefore is very hard and sometimes impossible to follow it. I can cite as example Tophat which is a tool that has no support anymore and you cannot finish the course unless you have it installed.

A very difficult course in all aspects. The first week was acceptable, but as it moves forward the level of distress and the lack of understanding raises considerably. In one word = disappointed.

I have issues with VirtualBox. I was not able to install CENTOS on my computer using VMBox 7.0. The course need to integrate normal Unix environments from macs and PC.
