In this module, we will address the basic concepts of what constitutes green and resilient housing, the tools that can be used to design them, as well as the progress made in the region regarding green buildings.

We will also explore several certifications that serve as tools to evaluate whether a green housing design meets the required standards, as well as clarify that there may be both certified and non-certified housing.
