Quizzes don't align with what has just been learned, instead sometimes addressing questions in future modules.

Great Introductory course. Every lesson is 100% practical. It's well balance with theory and references to gain more In depth knowledge. In provides an holistic view of the discipline, the integrated aproches to prepare for implementing a well rounded strategic communication campaign. Highly recommended.

Enjoyable and interesting course to take! All the videos were engaging and informative, with real-life examples of campaigns, helping relate all the information given to examples seen in the media we actually consume as users.

It was a good intro to Comms for a novice like me. The answers to the quizzes are not great.

Very superficial and repetitive--a serious of mostly vague platitudes that could be summed up on a single page or two. Teacher mispronounces basic words, and the content is not very coherently organized. Cites articles that are over a decade old. Quizzes are broken, asking questions (often imprecisely worded) about content from the wrong modules, then supplying "feedback" on "wrong" answers that don't pertain to the question or otherwise make any sense. I'm stunned that anyone could get a PhD in this. There's almost no actual content, though a couple of the case studies are interesting. It seems the actual practitioners know the subject far better than the teacher. Pretty much a waste of time and money I'm sorry to say.
