Very helpful course for anyone struggling to be hopeful or manage their emotions during this pandemic. Although this course was designed for educators, it's helpful even if you aren't one.

This course put into perspective many of the emotions and topics I was not able to identify. I believe that this course and the topics we covered will prove beneficial for many more years.
