Truly I had a great experience learning with Coursera & all the faculty of University of Georgia were good. All the slides & teaching stuff presented were up to the mark. Thank you.

Great course to learn about the philosophy, the principles and the main tools used in LSS. I think the tone of the narrators could be a bit more friendly and inspiring. Overall, I recommend it.

Course is very outdated, dry and really boring. Course material, slides etc. would benefit from an update/refresh to bring it up to today's look and feel and make it more dynamic. The course narrator is desperate for a glass of water. He's so parched, you could hear his tongue sticking to his lips and the roof of his mouth throughout the entire course. That was really off-putting and dare I say - gross! The whole course looks and sounds like a lost remnant from a 1990s corporate training video - right down to the brown and yellow color. Come on, it's 2021 - update with more timely examples and modern digital content.

Course is identified as a beginner level, but assumes a pre-existing working knowledge of the topic and concepts. Lectures do not explain concepts well, quiz questions are not aligned with online materials, not covered in the lecture materials. Perhaps better categorized as an intermediate level course, or review course for those who have already studied the subject needing a refresher prior to seeking certificaiton.

This course continually refers you to a text that costs $45 on Amazon, they state it is not required but some of the test items are not covered in the video lectures, so I assume they are only covered in the book. I believe they could provide all the information in lectures & provided readings like other courses, rather than basically saying "go spend ANOTHER $45 on a book"
