This course really gave me a huge insight in all the areas of this course. Especially, I now have full understanding of how the CPU works, the operating system, bits and bytes, IP/ICP, user management, and many more. It's was a very good starting stage. I wish and hope that I would continue with the next course.

I enjoyed the course as a whole. Some of the stuff was a bit off; it was a bit rough having the pop-ups at poor times and then if they pop up it forced you to scroll all the way back down to where you were in the text but that wouldn't be so bad had I not been on a laptop without a peripheral mouse and keyboard.

This course for a new user is very good, but for someone who has some knowledge in this field already, there should be a faster version available. This would serve as a good fast refresher for those people without having to spend as much time going through the content since it's being explained in a slower pace.

This course is amazing. The lessons are consciously and cautiously created to be easily comprehensible despite the diversity of the IT realm. The teachers are professional and receptive. I recommend the course to anyone who desire to have a career in IT. You wont regret your decision to sign up for this course.

I took a leap of faith enrolling in this course as I did not know what to expect. I was so nervous as IT is completely foreign to me and I thought I would never be capable of learning or doing such a thing. I now have a new passion and I loved every part of this course, and I am excited to continue my learning.

The Exercise class is very good and helpful and Lecturer is enthusiastic and looks like he enjoys teaching the course and he lecturer clearly understands his subject, bit of humour he uses can

This initial Fundamentals Course was well organized and very interesting. It covered a lot of subject matter at a cursory level and is a good preparation for the more detailed studies ahead. I'm excited to work my way through the remainder of the Courses and perhaps engage in some programming studies as well.

This was a great course to take, it was just what I was looking for to help start a new career. Excellent material and presentations, and the ability to work at your pace with no "pressure" was very beneficial to me and my learning habits. I should not have to post my ID information for this. I do not like posting my personal information like this on the internet.

This is a great starting point to learn about the IT Support field, The course is straightforward and easy to follow. I was able to finish the course very early staying on task and investing at least an hour or two every day. I look forward to taking more courses and starting my career in the IT Support field.

I came into this class with no knowledge of Tech Support in any way. There was lots of information that confused me and I never had anyone sit down and explain it. Fun class, it hits key points in the fundamentals in Technical Support. Great for those attempting to get into the field. The labs are a great hands on tool. I definitely recommend this course to someone looking to get into the field, or for those already in the field looking for a refresher in fundamental IT.

This is an excellent introductory survey course. I would not go into it expecting any advanced concepts or mental gymnastics. Really, it's purpose is to teach the basic ideas and vocabulary involved in IT. As such it succeeds quite nicely and (for me, at least) gives an idea of the main areas that IT covers.

I think this course is fundamental to starting as an IT Support Specialist. It shows us all the basic concepts that we have to know to deal with different situations in our future roles but isn't enough with all this knowledge, it's important to be empathic and understand the people that we have to deal with.

I have been interested in IT as a side hobby for a number of years. I knew I had holes in my knowledge. Through the sequential nature of this course, many of them are been filled. I hope to go onto other certifications after obtaining my Google IT certificate but this seems like a good foundation to build on.
