Loved this course so much! Opened my mind a lot of new things I had no idea about. I also enjoyed the further readings, they were more in-depth and were great reads overall.

The speaker is very well versed with the topic and uses plain and understandable language whilst not sacrificing the quality of the content.

The course content was comprehensive and instructive. However, I found that some of the explanations from the instructor could have been clearer, which occasionally made it challenging to grasp certain concepts. A bit more focus on clarity and examples would enhance the learning experience for future participants.

Could use some work, extra reading sections are great for the most part or just outdated/lacking in comparison. Tests could use another look over as well. However, don't fully pass on this course. I did learn a decent amount and feel like I can point myself in the right direction from here.

The content is great; the information is broken down into good, quick bites. The speaker's volume is low, requiring me to turn up the volume to hear. When the module is done, the music is very loud. Also, the speaker's accent can be hard to understand sometimes.

I'm only in the first module. I wasn't sure what to expect from this course but I'm happy so far. The information learnt can be used in any field that requires the use of written correspondence. The techniques and tips are very helpful.

Many of the external reading links contain many pop-ups and advertising. I also found a few of the external reading links to not be very helpful, they seemed a bit teen-like information, and not on the level that I would recommend

The last quiz has incorrectly worded questions. It asks for items that are NOT characteristics. When the answer is chosen, it marks it as incorrect. The explanation shows that the correct answer was selected.

Rating should be encouraged at the end of the course. I have not finished this course so I don't know whether I would find the things I am looking for in this course or not. Till now, it deserves a 4 star.

It would be helpful to see actual examples of technical writing. Perhaps the sophisticated original document could be shown, along with snips of the steps it takes to convert it to a layman's version.

Nice overall, it would be better if the lecturer could provide more detail information and project or case studies for SEO, API, etc.

It would be perfect if the course would include pdf, words and others as templates and/or examples for practice by us.

Excellent so far, but #11 on the final quiz has an error in the answer choice and grading.

Very informative course, but the background noise was distracting e.g., horn honking.

Very confused about why I got some of these quiz questions wrong. I wish I could attach images here. Then I could attach the results I received from my quiz. Here's an example of one question I got wrong, and I don't understand why: Which of the following is NOT a characteristic of effective technical documents? I chose "Incomplete Information". For some reason, this was not correct. This implies that Incomplete Information IS a characteristic of effective technical writing. Please explain why this is an incorrect answer. I have other examples of quiz answers that are confusing. Also, one of your questions showed an asterisk * beside the correct answer. Was the * a key for the developer to identify the correct answer? If so, it's sloppy work to leave it there, in my opinion, because it gives away the answer.

The lessons are good for complete beginners, but the first exam has a lot of repeat questions and some questions with more than one correct answer. This is not something you would expect from a "credible" course.
