This comment is for the entire series of ITF+ prep so far. Some of the instructions have been rather oblique. The labs are spotty in design and function and assume too much. The AI grader on the extra credit assignments has regular brain farts where it marks obviously correct answers incorrect. I had a lot of background knowledge, so I have been able to confidently correct or navigate screwups when they occurred. However, this is supposed to be a basic curriculum with no previous experience assumed. A true newbie taking these courses might end up very confused and discouraged, at certain points. Suggest future changes/updates be tested on actual 'newbs' to verify that they are functional and accessible with no major previous networking experience beyond consumer-level. Put a smart housewife with an ipad, a cell phone, and a 110 IQ in the hot seat and see how she does...

Possibly make more hands on lab work by splitting up some of the ones here into smaller pieces, that way the student will need to have remembered, or go back again and re-read, their notes or the modules for the answers. This way instead of doing several small things, the repetition of tasks spread out, while a little more time consuming, could help reinforce the lessons learned.

Overly redundant, as tho they have compiled a curriculum from various sources and didn't bother to edit it. Extremely basic information, with no technical education on offer

At the time when I am enrolled, there are too many obvious indicators of AI generated material. There are excessive inaccuracies, repetitions, and errors in spelling and grammar. One example of many, in the module 4 glossary, "Hypertext Transfer Protocol Script protocol (HTTP protocol)" and "Hypertext Transfer Protocol Script Secure protocol (HTTPS protocol)" are defined which have obvious mistakes in the expansion of the acronyms. HTTP is an acronym for "Hypertext Transfer Protocol", and and HTTPS represents"Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure". Even "HTTP protocol" and "HTTPS protocol" use the "protocol" word redundantly, and calling them "Hypertext Transfer Protocol Script protocol" and "Hypertext Transfer Protocol Script Secure protocol" is even less accurate. The author / AI system seems to fail differentiating "JavaScript" from "Java", and JavaScript is often mislabeled as Java which can mislead students about the target functionality of both programming languages. Even the quizzes seem AI influenced, where some multiple choice questions offer several answers that can be considered "correct", and it is up to the student to guess which page or aspect the (probably AI) system was evaluating at the time the question was auto-generated. The answer expected on several questions is debatable, and there are many cases where I could easily demonstrate why a "wrong" answer is more correct than the answer expected as "correct" by the evaluation. Whether the material is AI generated or not, it seriously needs some evaluation and editing. To the creator(s) of these lessons, if you're going to make AI generated lessons, at least review them first. If the lessons are not AI generated, they need extensive proofreading and correction from people actually familiar with the subject.

Awful the course is taught by AI lady bot voices with concepts crammed in as fast as possible without exploring anything. no module glossary just a huge end of course one. The labs functioned beyond poorly especially for such simple tasks at least the Google ones usually worked. the honors assignment is a joke making you send screen captures to be graded by an ai and making you grade other assignments. They could have made much better worthwhile labs and especially for the supposed honor cert which in this program why bother. IBM failed to make the Honor role two lousy awful classes in a row so far.

The course cannot be completed due to the incorrect grading system "Final Project Submission: Implementation of Cryptographic Techniques for DataSafe Bank". I flagged the issue and wrote a message in the forums for module 4, but so far there is no response. I wasted several days trying to defeat a non-working system, it is very sad ((((
