This course has helped me a lot on my journey to understand the IT world. I have learned the fundamentals of IT Support, the different parts of the computer, their language and how they communicate in a network.

I had a great time learning these usefull skills in IT and I will need to review the material again to solidify what I have learned. This a an excellent way to learn IT without the pressure of deadlines to meet.

I thoroughly enjoyed this course because it assumed that you knew nothing (or very little) and went from there. Often courses jump too far ahead and you get lost immediately. This is definitely a beginner class.

Really enjoyed the course. A couple times I watched videos and did not receive credit for it, but other than that, functionality and delivery of the information and activities was pretty seamless and stressless.

This is a great course! They teach the basics of Computer Science like 'what is a bit', 'how to build a computer from scratch' and etc. In the end, there is a section approaching the concepts of troubleshooting.

I have a quiestion, suposed i was finished my 2 level only the exam i will do it again, i check today and this level rith know look like is not done!! if i didnt done this level, i was didnt start the 3er level.

Great course to get start giving me a good foundation for my future career in IT. Classes were not to difficult to navigate, and the lab was a little tricky at first, but the support team and video's were great.

This was a great course to get my feet wet. A couple of the Labs were a little buggy. It was nothing I couldn't handle, personally, though less tech-savvy users might have more trouble. Overall, great course.
