Great course for explaining the fundamentals of IT Customer Support. There were some minor bugs with various materials listed in the wrong quiz, etc. But overall, a solid program. Would recommend.

Although I already work in the IT industry, learning the fundamentals and going back to the basics is always good and this course did an amazing job on preparing you on what to expect in this career.

I have really enjoyed the different teachers and content in the Technical Support Fundamentals course. I feel comfortable going at my own pace and being able to repeat sections or content as needed.

this course help me in many ways and i have to say thank you. i knew most of them stuff but binary was something new for me and to learn how to read and solve problem relate to binary was a big plus.

The course was super easy and super simplified for everyone to understand. I finished the entire 6 week course in a matter of days. It would have taken me 4 days if I hadn't put in over time at work.

The course was easy to follow and showed me the necessary tools I need to pursue a careers in IT. Would recommend to someone who is interested in IT but isn't sure what IT is. Perfect "Crash Course".

A very good overview of key elements of personal computers and networking in the age of the internet. Truly starts from the basics of the 1's and 0's of the binary world and how computers "compute".

The course is very inforamtive and well-organized and it is presented in a good way suitable for the beginners. However, I did not like the quiz labs because they always make my screen stop working .

A great high-level overview of Computer Networks and Networks. Paced just right, and plenty of good information. Not an in-depth course, but accessible to those wanting an introduction to networking.
