They instructors are great, I have never finished an online class before but this and I will continue to finish the other five courses

I planned to complete it in three days but I made it in two. Eager to complete all courses to get IT Support Professional Certificate.

Basic IT support course, where I learned about communication with the client, how to solve problems,metrics among others. Recommended

Lots of information and presented very well and organized. Information overload but teaches the fundamentals and you will learn a lot!
