The course was really helpful to know. I got to learn the different types of fat we have as well as where we can get them from and also the heathiest of all. I also learned the importance of including vegeatables to our meal.

What I loved about this course that is short and simple. I liked the animations. I liked that in changed my view of food, since I've had a problem with eating food. I've learnt that I'm supposed to enjoy cooking and eating.
