Good teachers from the field itself that explain the material really well. Using good explanations and cases to help you understand the world of IT better.

I have worked in support role many years ago, and was a bit rusty. This course was an excellent refresher, in some cases it filled in gaps in my knowledge.

Great course and I learned a lot. Does not feel like a robot talking to you and all the videos and instructors were very personable and easy to understand!

I am extremely excited by how much I already learned in week 1. Information is laid out in a comprehensive manner that is easily understood and explained.

Very good course, with great information, I did this between quarters of my Computer Science and it was a great alternative to comprehend the information.

There are abit of misspelled text on some of the contexts, might require some content editing, otherwise every lecturer was great and very understandable.

I was already familiar with the course material so I can't comment on it's difficulty, but everything was well explained, well organized, and entertaining

I have really enjoyed this course and am ready to offer more courses under Coursera. Thank you to all the Lectures who took me through this Coursera......

Great refresher in regards to the components of a computer. Great interface for practicing some of the lessons and commands. I would definitely recommend.
