Very good high level description of analytics theory. I don't think you miss anything.

Subject is huge and I think, as a student, sometimes it is quite difficult to digest very quickly a lot of information.

I suggest to do this course and after take a while to review few key points in order to fix them better.

Very good and practical course, the lectures are very pertinent to current marketing trends and tools. It is for beginners so should prove to be useful for anyone who wants to get to know basic application of digital analytics, those engaged professionally in the field should opt for a higher level course.

Love! this course. Thank you so much to Kevin Hartman and the Coursera Team for pulling together what is obviously a wealth of information into manageable and palatable course. The written assignment really got me thinking about the analyst's role "making it happen" in marketing analytics. Thanks again.

Course was informative but >90% of the time spent on the course was spent on the readings. Being someone who learns well from lectures I was hoping for significantly more lecture content (several hours of week) with less reading, I was a bit disappointed by the short lengths of the lecture videos.

The information in the class was good. I really liked having the slides for the modules in each reading section. I was able to review the slides and then do each module. For me, it was easier to learn the material. The one thing I would have liked would have been more hands on exercises.

The course is great however it misses the practical case studies to do the whole process, but that is covered the final capstone of the specialization track.

Another point that I was interested in is the market research in the digital world such as, demand, market fit, market niche...

This course delivered a lot of good, practical information on how to work with digital analytics to improve customer content, engage with customers and potential customers, and use quantifiable data for decision making. Take it to improve your understanding of digital analytics.

Very good course. Interesting content, great suggested readings, very good instructor, and well explained lectures. I have no previous knowledge about the subject and I have learnt a lot about Marketing Analytics in both course Marketing Analytics in Theory and In Practice.

Could improve on the efficiency of the graduation process as some students may do this course in face pace and some may not. Therefore, this would slow down those who are face pace because in order to graduate you must review 5 classmates assignments. Please look into this.

Upside - I like the peer assignments, first being able to think about the topic yourself and write down your thoughts and then be able to read the thoughts of others - very insightful.

Downside - A bit too much complementary reading that more or less covers the same topic.

The course gave a good exposure to the material. The organization of the information was difficult to traverse. A more intuitive user experience would have been helpful. Finding required pages of the course could have been simplified to make traversing information easier.

Great foundational course for gaining familiarity with the concepts of online/digital marketing. A couple more practical applications (explained through a recent case study or interview with a practicing marketer) would take the course right up there to a 5-star rating.

The content was interesting and insightful. I loved the supplemental readings. Though some sources were either not free or limited which was unfortunate. Also, having more time to look at each topic would have been great.

Overall, I enjoyed the course.

It is the first time I find an explanation about analytics that is both easy and clear!

Readings are absolutely appropriate and well-chosen, as well as the examples, showed by Professor Kevin.

I love the quote about the drunk guy and the street lamp!!!

Everything has been taught extremely well with all the necessary data and information. The professors made the concepts seem so simple even for a beginner like me. The course gave me a new perspective and interest in the data analytics field as well.

the course is well done, but there are few details that could be improved like have an intro to the exercises part with a short explanation.

Also additional and up to date case studies would be really beneficial to link the theory to reality.

thanks.

Digital marketing changes so rapidly. While I enjoyed the course and appreciated all the different strategies taught and resources shared, it would be nice if the course can get updated every year or so. Other than this, the course is very helpful.

Well structured and presented from a teacher who is also a top practitioner of the discipline in the Market, covering the history of analysis and current analysis from a Marketing perspective. However, it is too light in terms of concepts given.

Eye-opening concepts that give a good foundation. That's the right way forward instead of jumping immediately into all kinds of techniques of analysis. What is missing is in my opinion more updated information and it can be presented more juicy.

The course presented the insights of digital analytics from the very start. The trainer provided with the examples which made understanding easier. Peer reviews also helped in grasping the areas which have been ignored during course progress.

The course is planned and executed almost flawlessly. The instructor makes it a point to go through an evolution of marketing analysis and its real world impacts using real world examples. A few snags in the graded quizzes could be fixed.

Not exactly what I expected (I know Marketing Analytics in Practice will complete the 4 stars to 5), but the professor did an amazng job. His method helps you to keep the most important things on mind.

So many interestng lectures, also.

Loved almost everything about the course! Only ask would be to update syllabus with updated reading material - some aspects of the readings have gone stale given how fast the world of technology is changing! Thank you Prof. Hartman!

Good content and presentations well done by the instructor. My only criticism is that some of the material is very dated and probably should be updated. This was my first course in the program and I will continue the curriculum.
